Rental period
Bookings are for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is after 4.00pm and the house should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Facilities
All facilities are included in the price as per the brochure including the swimming pool (There is a small weekly supplement for heating the pool - please advise when booking), tennis court, maid service available 6 days per week and cook/babysitter can be made available by prior arrangement. All linen, electricity, gas, constant hot water, and central heating (as required) are also included.
Laundry and linen
Bed linen is changed once a week and bathroom towels twice a week.
Maid Service
Maid service is provided 6 days per week. Duties include making the beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping. Maids do not work on Sundays, public holidays or Saint Days.
Information Pack
There is an information pack in the house which includes information on all medical facilities, local restaurants etc.
Telephone and Fax
The telephone system is metered and any charges incurred will be deducted from the deposit. It is possible to receive a cellular mobile phone signal from the house.
Tennis court
Please bring your own tennis rackets/balls and wear proper tennis shoes/trainers
Water
Whilst local water is drinkable it is advisable to use bottled water for personal consumption.
